Karakiya Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

These terms and conditions govern the Karakiya platform and all services operating under it. Karakiya is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving members in Bangladesh and across the world.

These terms and conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall be considered authoritative. However, a complete and up-to-date Bengali translation is always maintained for the convenience of Bangladeshi members.

Karakiya reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By using Karakiya's services, you confirm that you are complying with the applicable laws of your country. It is your responsibility to verify whether online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

To open an account on Karakiya, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Karakiya reserves the right to close any account opened using false information, at any time.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonus balances will be forfeited.

Sharing your account password or login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact Karakiya Support immediately.

The minimum deposit at Karakiya is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. No fees are charged on deposits — every taka you deposit goes directly into your account.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is done. Once KYC is complete, all future withdrawals will be processed faster.

Important: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also go to bKash — this is part of international anti-money laundering compliance.

Karakiya takes a firm stance against money laundering, terrorist financing, and any form of illegal financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

All bonus offers at Karakiya are subject to the terms published on the promotions page. Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, an expiry period, and a maximum bet limit. It is important to read these terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit. This bonus carries a ×25 wagering requirement and is valid for 30 days. Each member may claim this bonus once only.

• A maximum stake of ৳500 per bet is allowed when using bonus balance.
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bets placed using bonus balance will not count toward tournament points.
• If Karakiya detects unusual betting patterns, bonuses may be placed on hold pending investigation.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

Specific rules apply to each market when betting on Karakiya. It is a good idea to review the rules for the relevant sport before placing a bet — especially for Live Betting and in-play markets.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios: If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned before regular time is completed, or if an official correction is made to the score or result, Karakiya may void the bet and refund the original stake.

Match Fixing & Fraud: If a member is found to be involved in match fixing, misuse of insider information, or any form of fraudulent betting, the full amount of the wager will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

If Karakiya displays incorrect odds due to a technical error, it reserves the right to void the affected bets. For example, odds that appear significantly higher than normal may indicate a system error.

Karakiya also reserves the right to set betting limits for specific members — particularly where professional betting patterns are identified. This does not apply to regular members.

Karakiya complies with international KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. Identity verification is required before making a withdrawal or after depositing beyond a certain threshold. This process is in place to keep your account secure.

KYC typically requires:

• Photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie with your face clearly visible
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (mobile banking screenshot)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submitting your documents. Complex cases may take 48–72 hours. During this period, you can continue playing on the platform — only withdrawals will be on hold.

• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• For bonus abuse or fraudulent betting
• If evidence of match fixing or misuse of insider information is found
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless those funds are found to be connected to fraudulent activity. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

It is advisable to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account. Requests to reactivate a closed account can be submitted through our support team.
